Pre-Order & Shipping Timeline
All items currently sold on this store are pre-orders. By placing an order you acknowledge that your item is not yet in stock and will be manufactured and shipped as part of an upcoming production run.
Estimated dispatch: 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free worldwide on all pre-orders. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, typical delivery windows are:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, EU, Australia: 10–21 business days
- Rest of world: 14–28 business days
These windows are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be extended by customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasonal volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
